As a program manager, you'll lead projects that bring big changes and benefits to the worldwide retail company in a fast and global setting. You'll work with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, operational teams, technology teams and suppliers to implement our strategies and improve what we offer to our customers. Your focus will be on expanding global supply chain operations. In our projects we pay significant attention to quality and speed, ensuring we deliver the best to our customers quickly. What you’ll do

Collaborate with top-level stakeholders to craft strategic initiatives that drive the company's goals forward.
Direct and empower a diverse team of project managers and analysts, ensuring projects are well-staffed and achieve excellence.
Guarantee the creation of high-quality project documents and ensure all initiatives align with our overarching objectives.
Steer projects to success, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop tailored communication plans, manage expectations, and navigate the political landscape effectively.
Monitor and adjust project scopes and schedules, aligning them with strategic changes and priorities.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth program execution.
Pursue personal and team growth, embracing new methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

What we need

Significant experience in managing large, complex projects in Supply Chains or logistic domain area.
Beneficial to have experience in omni-channel retail.
Familiarity with matrix environments and adaptable resource management.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus.
Project Management certification required.
Highly organised, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
Effective at facilitation and influencing.
Able to challenge stakeholders and teams confidently.
Independent, minimal supervision needed.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and integrity-based relationship building.
Collaborative, works well with various teams and stakeholders.
