What you’ll do

  • Maintain a high level of solution performance.
  • Deal with applications on the database level.
  • Handle customer requests via the ticketing system.
  • Assist customers with incident resolution, and tasks, and provide problem diagnostics.
  • Collect, prepare, and cleanse incident history data utilizing provided instructions.
  • Study the systems implemented in our customers' projects.

What we need

  • Completed higher education (preferably in the field of IT | Programming | Computing | Math).
  • B2+ English language level.
  • Cebu located or ready to work from an office in Cebu.
  • Ready to work with technical cases/issues.
  • A fast learner, organized team player.
  • Able to search and analyze information.
  • Responsible, polite personality with good communication skills.
  • Can explain complex things clearly and simply.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (able to write SQL queries).

Nice to have:

  • Ability to perform basic administrative operations on Linux.

  • Full-time Support Engineer role after the training.
