What you’ll do

Strategize and plan Growth initiatives for New Clients:

  • Develop a strategic approach for winning clients from our target companies' list, including creation of the Account plans and go-to-market plan.
  • Review existing sales and marketing materials and update them where needed.
  • Create sales and revenue plans which match company growth plans.
  • Establish accurate reporting to precisely track marketing and lead generation activities, opportunities and deal.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to bolster brand visibility.
  • Nurture our partnerships with vendors.

What we need

  • Proven experience in selling IT services to large Retail enterprise clients worth £5M+ per year.
  • Wide experience working with clients in the Retail industry.
  • Deep SQL knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Retail business processes and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of any Oracle Retail Applications version 14 or below is welcome.
  • Strong understanding of UK IT services market for Retail companies.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with tech vendors e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc.
  • Active network within leading UK Retail companies.
  • Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Be prepared to travel.

  • Acquaintance with the Oracle Retail product suit.
  • Recommendations from IT consultancy partners.
  • Proficiency in other languages.
