What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition:

  • We don`t have a usual job opening here at Weigandt: you`ll be sourcing and attracting software developers, infrastructure and testing engineers, support agents, sales and marketing managers, analysts and department leaders for dispersed teams in different locations (primarily Philippines, Thailand, Dubai, and rarely: MENA, Benelux, EU, CIS).
  • Be a Weigandt Consulting`s advisor and advocate when presenting and its opportunities to candidates: provide our candidates with all necessary information about the projects, clients and perspectives, act as a go-to person during the interviewing and onboarding process.
  • Be versatile: we use multiple tools and approaches for sourcing; as well as for managing the candidates information.
  • Update our talent pool and use it when appropriate, use different sources e.g. job boards, social networking, professional connections and others.
  • Partner with hiring managers in order to gain deep understanding of the job descriptions and requirements and make our hiring process and communication even more efficient.
  • Provide feedback to your candidates (it is very important for us to keep people who we met even once with decent level of communication and respect).
  • Support our Referral program as well as other recruitment initiatives, we are open to novelty.

HR and People Development projects:

  • Participate in and even own some HR processes and functions such as: Performance Review, Professional Development, Employee Satisfaction, Training and Education, Professional Certification, HR Process Automation, Knowledge base maintenance, Compensations and Bonuses, Team Building and many more.
  • HR Brand: our goal for 2024 is to achieve a higher visibility as a high-quality and trust worthy employer for IT experts - we already have a good reputation and we need to keep it going.
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with partner companies and freelancers who can provide useful services for us.

What we need

  • Decent experience (3+ years) and expertise within IT/Tech recruitment area with numerous positions: please tell us what positions you have fulfilled during your career.
  • International recruiting and sourcing experience is a must: Asia, MENA, EU, UK, CIS etc.
  • Experience as an HR partner with projects and activities such as performance tracking, education, people development, events and other.
  • Excellent communication skills (in English): not only with candidates on all levels, but also with colleagues: we all come from different backgrounds and environments and welcome diversity, respect and approachability.
  • Remarkable teamwork skills: we highly respect and mutually support each other and welcome colleagues with the same mindset.
  • Great self-management skills: you can take on a task, ask questions, search for information and reach for advice or guidance if needed; and not scared to share your own vision.
  • Proactivity and initiative: we appreciate criticism but especially when it`s followed with solutions.
  • Be ready for business travel: sometimes we participate in global gatherings and conferences and you`ll need to be available for this.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT outsourcing or IT Consulting companies.
  • Broad knowledge about recruitment and HR process differences within different companies aswell as knowledge about the labour law.
