What you’ll do

Act as a primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior management), including both tech and business teams:

  • Identify clients' needs, pain points, and challenges to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan budgets, track P&L, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize project profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and potential clients.
  • Establish the organizational structure and streamline procedures and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and proactively provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Quality control of supervised projects delivery:

  • Lead regular checks of the project's quality and client satisfaction.
  • Keep stakeholders systematically informed about planning, project status, problems and risks.
  • Ensuring that engineers deliver tasks with high quality and on time using best practices.
  • Analysis and addressing any concerns and escalations raised by clients and by teams.

Build and maintain a trustful relationship with Clients middle management to achieve overall prosperity and business growth:

  • Be a focal point for the client when it comes to meeting technical expectations (escalations, service/product implementation, sharing feedback and ideas with development teams).
  • Identify pain points across the customer's systems, diving into the engineering strategy.
  • Provide and implement improvements (processes, documentation, procedures, tools).
  • Actively advise and consult on engineering strategy, technologies, trends.

Team management:

  • Define team members to account for projects according to their skills and expertise.
  • Tracking engineers status, progress, performance (group or 1-1).
  • Resolving issues from engineers related to the company.
  • Hiring and onboarding process.

Pre-sales support:

  • Work closely with Account Director and Sales team to deliver the very best proposals to our clients.
  • Regularly share the ideas, pain points and opportunities with Account Director and Sales to help our clients.
  • Create project plans for upcoming projects during the pre-sales phase.
  • Technical support and lead engineering discussions with clients during pre-sales/sales meetings.

What we need

  • At least 6 years of experience in IT project and delivery management, with 4 years of experience independently leading complex projects.
  • Proven experience in IT Consulting and Software Development domain across all channels and platforms.
  • Experience managing, driving and maintaining strategic relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in the latest project management methodologies and consulting approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

  • Software Engineering background (education or experience in software development). We work with a technical stack such as Java, Data Engineering and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience working with clients in the Retail industry.
