We are seeking a motivated Engineer who is eager to learn quickly and provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

What you’ll do

Rapidly understand and operate complex systems.
Apply system features effectively in real-world scenarios.
Provide 24/7 technical support for production and test systems to clients in the UK and Europe.
Analyse functional requirements and provide enhancements for Oracle Retail modules.
Develop unit and system test scenarios to validate business logic and mitigate post-implementation issues.
Maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations and ensure the quality and timeliness of work.

What we need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience with Oracle modules is a significant advantage.
Prior experience with CRM systems is desirable.
Strong multitasking abilities and stress resilience.
Proficiency in SQL and Linux console operations.
Knowledge of PL/SQL, Pro*C, and Shell scripting is beneficial.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
